Erika joined Silver Lane in 2007 shortly after the firm’s inception and currently manages the firm’s California branch office. In addition to processing mandates involving wealth and institutional managers, she leads the firm’s alternatives practice.
Prior to Silver Lane's formation, Erika co-founded Alternative Access Capital, LLC, a private placement firm specializing in institutional capital raising for alternative products.
In 2001, Erika joined U.S. Trust Company as SVP of Strategic Development responsible for the development and execution of the company’s national expansion plan. Additionally she worked with the in-house M&A team at Charles Schwab analyzing cross-firm opportunities.
In Erika's ten years at Berkshire Capital Corporation she completed more than 35 domestic and cross-border transactions.
Erika is a long-term member of 100 Women in Hedge Funds and serves on the Northern California Committee. The Silver Lane Foundation and the Cramer family are supporters of the March of Dimes and Erika is a public advocate for raising awareness of pre-term labor and preemie development.
Erika earned an MBA from Pace University and a BA in finance from West Virginia University. She is a General Securities Principal. She lives in San Anselmo, CA with her husband and two girls where she actively trains for triathlons and other cycling and running events.
